Earn Your Stipes: 30 Days to Honor 251 Years of Army Strength. 

Join us for the Victory Lap Challenge!
From May 11th-June  9th, we're not just working out; we're building tribute, instead of daily workouts, you have 30 days to complete a cumulative total of exercise, each number representing a piece of Army history. 

Your Mission:

  • Run/Walk: 25.1 miles (for 251 years)
  • Sit-ups: 1,775 reps (for the year 1775)
  • Push-ups: 500 reps
  • Squats: 1,000 reps
  • Burpees: 251 reps
  • Plank: 60 minutes total
